01

UL and ENEC Pre-Compliance Testing

Our fully equipped lighting lab tests your light fittings before official certification. We test against widely accepted international standards such as ENEC, UL and CB.

We find possible problems early. This helps you improve your product design and get through official certification smoothly.

02

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Our independent test lab offers third-party Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for lighting products and electrical equipment.

Products often come from different suppliers. We check them in a fair and professional way. We confirm whether they meet the technical and compliance requirements set by end users or purchasing teams.

We test every product against the relevant international standards. Before the project is handed over or switched on, we issue a full report. This gives you full traceability, transparency and confidence.

03

How It Works

General We consider every complaint. We review each one fairly and keep it confidential.

What Counts as a Complaint, and the First Review

A complaint can be about:

- Wrong or incomplete test results in a report
- Mistakes in reports or documents
- Delays in service or delivery
- How lab staff communicated or behaved
- Technical gaps, or a test not done under the right lab conditions

First review steps:

1- We record the complaint and start the review.
2- The lab and quality manager and the relevant staff meet for a first review.
3- We look at: what the complaint is about, whether it matches our documents, similar past cases, and whether we need more information.
4- Decision: if the complaint is valid, we review it in full. If it is not valid, we tell the customer.
5- We record the result.

Reviewing the Complaint

We look into the complaint in detail and plan corrective action if needed.
We carry out the corrective actions and check that they work.
If test work does not meet requirements, we apply special control procedures.

Closing and Feedback

Complaints we cannot resolve go to top management.
We inform the customer based on the management decision.
If needed, we repeat or stop the work.

Records and Confidentiality

We keep a record of every step.
Our staff follow the rules of confidentiality and impartiality.

Customer Access

This procedure is open to any customer who asks for it.
It is published on the lab website.
Customers can ask for a copy on paper or in electronic form.
We record every request for access.
